Clinton Says Debt Weakens National Security

“We have to address this deficit and the debt of the U.S. as a matter of national security, not only as a matter of economics,” U.S. Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton said.

She says that the utter disregard of our greatest international leverage is detrimental, leaving future generations responsible for current mismanagement.

Today, our national debt is over $12.5 trillion with each citizen's share at $40,782.78, according to National Debt Clock.
